Julie Stokes is an independent Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant. Julie’s journey as a fitness professional began in 1980 at which time she served as both a personal trainer and aerobics instructor. Julie has a diverse back round including one on one personal training, circuit training, boot camp instruction and nutritional counseling. With well over twenty years in the business, Julie is able to draw upon both practical and academic experience. Julie’s commitment to her profession provides an optimal environment for maximum results.
Personally, Julie is the mother of two grown boys and is very close with her family. Her clients include her sister and her mother and father. When she is not in the gym Julie likes adventure, which includes but is not limited to bicycling, running, hiking and riding her Harley.
