I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 7 years as a certified personal trainer. My programs are specifically tailored for my clients goals, ranging from WEIGHT LOSS, improving overall STRENGTH and FLEXIBILITY, corrective REHABILITATION , to SPORTS CONDITIONING. In addition, I also integrate nutritional guidance into my clients programs.
Key training modalities:
Depends on my clients and their current abilities. They consist of free weights, cable machines, medicine balls, stability balls, kettle bells, trx- band, high intensity training and circuit training. Having my client experience success requires that I progress them to these alternate fitness tools.
A proper exercise routine can help you achieve a happier and more balanced life, providing you with a strong base to reach health and performance goals. Everyone, no matter their fitness levels or abilities, can benefit from increased physical activity and I strive to provide every client with a program, that is effective and appropriate, but that allows them to feel comfortable and safe. This includes providing strengthening and conditioning after injuries or long periods of inactivity to aid in returning to a more balanced and healthy lifestyle.
My hobbies include:
Traveling, hiking, camping, fishing, riding my bike at the beach and trying to find new and exciting things to do outdoors.
